Abstract

This article is framed in the form of scientific essay, whose purpose is to emphasize the importance of teaching practice from the perspective of community service and social work, as a way to route to the "Educational Leadership", to all new generations who seek to actively participate in a rapidly changing, innovative and unpredictable society. Similarly, it is intended to invite the reader to the search and recognition of situations and attitudes that emerge from the projection or understanding of their daily work, in all its contexts (personal, family, work or social). Thus affirming that the well-defined and effectively projected, social, solidarity and civic responsibility will bring great benefits to both the quality of education as to the favorable development and social harmony. Finally, to favor this argument, the documentation was performed on some authors, such as Figueroa (1989), Covey (2000), Senge (2002) and Freire (2008).
