Abstract
This article presents an investigation that aimed to determine the resilient factors in teachers of the Mathius Josué Quintanilla Sierra Educational Unit as a psycho-emotional resource to face the adversities of the current educational environment. Methodologically, the quantitative method was changed, framed in an exploratory-descriptive design. The study subjects were 25 teachers to whom the instrument called the SV-RES Resilience scale proposed by Dr. Saavedra and Dr. Villalta was applied, who had to know the levels of resilience of the teachers and the specific factors that conforms It was concluded that the levels of resilience of the teachers are high, being the resilient factor of I can the one that prevails in the teachers of the Educational Unit Matthias Josué Quintanilla Sierra, where the outstanding factor and the one that obtained a higher score is affectivity. , which determines the great positive skills in relationships with others, which helps to resolve adverse situations.
