Abstract
This article is a document review, whose purpose is to analyze the theories that support the development of creative leadership in teacher education. The creative leader teacher is an individual who inspires confidence, positive initial actions, projects light, and defines the objectives, which describe more bright future in their environment. Thus, in any school, it is imperative permanent disposition to change, since it is a feature of modern societies. The teacher’s role as leader of a pollinator pedagogy of creativity, is to promote comprehensive, holistic and ecological training in addition to the stimulation of creative attitudes in students to respond to the requirements of advanced education. Moreover, the art of leadership is learned by living with love, enthusiasm, joy, discipline and service, therefore, it should cultivate the development of emotional intelligence.
