Abstract
This research generated a model based on creative leadership to optimize the quality of the educative process into the Experimental Pedagogical University Libertador, Pedagogical Institute “Luis Beltrán Prieto Figueroa”, Barquisimeto. In this study a confrontation of leadership styles of different authors was discussed. The field research helps to construct the use of the historical series of interpretative character and the biographical design, with a qualitative modality. Leadership was taken “as a class of social command”. Then, creativity is understood as a complex system where the behavior is regulated to develop elements of the personality of the teacher that makes him/her critical, reflexive, innovator and creator. Thus, emotional intelligence is a resource of human energy, information, connection and influence that gives the capacity of feelings, understanding and applying efficiently the emotions. Concluding with a model of creativity, leadership and emotional intelligence through histories of lives that may develop the field of education.
