Abstract

The purpose of this field pre-experimental study was to apply asynchronous means of communication to improve educational interaction in the subject Communication and Language at Nursery School from Universidad Centrooccidental "Lisandro Alvarado." The means used were blogs and e-mails with a group of 17 students. Results show that most students interacted with their peers in blogs, enhancing knowledge and reflecting on the process of paragraph writing. On the other hand, e-mails were used for teacher-students' individual tutoring interaction. It is concluded that the use of these type of means represent an effective way to imporve interaction in the subject.
