Abstract
The purpose of this essay was to analyze the relationship between utopia and dystopia in the implications on the implementation of the Law for the Promotion and Use of Gender Language, within the educational system of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. In this sense, the author's point of view was expressed regarding the approval of this new legal text, and the reality of gender protection with an inclusive approach within that country. It was determined that it is discordant to establish the obligation to use gender language within schools, when in the reality the Venezuelan State has orphaned all those people who are actually affected in this matter. It was concluded that conducting studies based on ethnomethodology and symbolic interactionism may be useful to determine the social impact of this fact.
