Abstract

This research apply creativity and innovator strategies in the Electricity Industrial Program at the UPEL-IPB, for improve the integral formation from students and constitution of teaching as creativity leader, foundations an ethical and formativity pledge, in agreement the theory Personológica and reflection on action. This is an qualitative research with approach social critical, of field, proceed in agreement at action participant research. Commerce guide visitors, conference, alliance, proyect for laboratory, research of journey, apply creativities technical and strategies constructivist. The actor s him went 80 student and 4 teachers from this specialty. The result show pledge and enthusiastic participation, in the process formative and performance better. Conclude those action improve the participation and the responsibility, encourage the creativity leadership from teacher, given an social vision and compromise of the educativity process, an performance better of the student, affective link and constitution of reality educativity novel more pertinent for make up enterprising citizen.
