For those reasons, the method of the Grounded Theory is justified, based on the hermeneutical phenomenology. It is concluded that the elements that guide the construction of the theory stimulate and favor the development of the Being as a whole. The following are remarked: different disciplines of knowledge, integral human development, hypermodernity, complex thinking, values, mediation, complex human development, new rationality and human ecology.
