Abstract
Auditing students are usually observed in Venezuelan classrooms without any intention to discuss, to study in depth or to question the content information. These facts create communicative barriers. Based on this situation, the research had as objectives: i) to suggest a teaching action plan based on the effective communication to improve student-teacher interaction and to promote the teaching and learning process, y ii) identify the main barriers that blocks an effective communication. This research was based on an action investigation methodology. The reflective and critic actors’ capacity permitted the setting of a conclusion that a traditional communication can be replaced for an effective one through a process of practical argument with dialogues, debates and proposal manifestations to cause empathy, as well as, substantial changes in the teaching strategies of classroom communication.
