Open Access

The UPEL-IPB Educare Journal provides open, free, immediate access to its content under the principle of free availability of research, aimed at the research community, the public interested in the issues addressed by the Journal, and the general public; to promote global knowledge exchange.

Open Access is an initiative promoted by the Open Archives Initiative (OAI) for free, free and immediate access to digital literature of an educational, academic or scientific nature, without any financial, technical or legal barriers. (DOAJ Directory of Open Access Journals)

Educare and UPEL-IPB subscribe to the Budapest BOAI 2002 declaration and its subsequent updates.

Readers can download, read, store, copy, print and search the articles for free without requesting prior permission from the publisher or author and distribute the final approved and published version (post-print) of the article, as long as it is done Non-commercial purposes, derivative works are not generated and the source of publication and authorship of the work are mentioned according to the corresponding regulations.
