The author must download the file containing the originality statement form, fill it out completely and insert the scanned signature in the field indicated within the form. In the case of an article with several authors, fill in the information and the signatures of each one within the same file: there is space for up to five co-authors. The resulting file will be sent after uploading the file with the article text (point f. of section 2 of the Procedure for submitting an article). A single file will be sent with the information of all the co-authors.
