Quantum creative: an educative experience in the area of labor competitions

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to present creative quantum experiences in the area of labor competences. techniques such as observation, questionnaires, surveys, and focal groups were applied in this qualitative investigation.  The participants were 18 teachers from the Technical School "Rómulo Gallegos" of San Felipe, Estado Yaracuy. The experience consisted in two phases containing different exercises. The first one refers to a process of knowledge acquisition and thematic sensitization. The second one focused on factors and channels of quantum creativity and, in the personal competitions-labor. The results indicated that teachers are able to assimilate, to experience and to optimize consciously their creative quantum processes, and their counterparts also use techniques of active participation in the development of skills, attitudes, and ideal, which incite their reflection and creativity, to exert with efficiency and competitiveness in the labor field.
