Abstract
The following study is located in the Une «Art and Creativity». It has as intention characterized the Professional Creativity. For it, the teachers of the Industrial area of the Technical School Rómulo Gallegos de San Felipe, state Yaracuy, used creative and innovative technologies. Modality of the study: descriptive Field investigation. Subjects of investigation: 46 teachers of the Technical School of the Industrial area. I orchestrate: Questionnaire. Validity: Of content. Procedure: experts' Judgment. Reliability: Alpha of Cronbach. High Confiability. 0,91. Results: Of 14 indicators described by Ortiz (2004) they are outlined: fluency, difference and elaboration with a highly significant percentage, nevertheless, use traditional technologies like exhibitions, dictations and demonstrations, obviating the innovation and inventiveness, and is observed the existence of slightly creative environments.
