Abstract
The present paper resulted from a field research under the interpretative analytical approach aiming to analyze the ethics and management strategies in the training of trainers besides the reach of specialized literature for the formation of human talent, specifically in teacher training in the Education Program in the Núcleo Punto Fijo of the ‘Universidad del Zulia’ in Venezuela. It was confirmed the need for the design of strategies to strengthen the importance of conducting research and publishing scientific papers resulting from that research and to highlight the importance of a multipart work that lets the generation of a research and knowledge publication culture in the teachers’ training in a context of ethics and values, consistent with the projection in society. A proposal containing strategies for the improvement of trainers’ training from scientific literature is presented.
