Abstract

The investigations psicolingüísticas on the reading have develado that the reading is not a passive act of the communication, it is an eminently active process on the part of the fellow for such a reason the regular habit of the reading it enriches the language, it increases the expressive resources and it usually increases the enthusiasm to understand the nature, to participa te of the social life and to explore what it is what each one wants and it can be. The development of dexterities with conscience on the part of the individual allows him to make use of the instruments cognitivos that are he own for interactuar with the environment. This educational proposal, readers' Club, develops the acquisition of knowledge, competitions, capacities, family and social values that agree to the formation of autonomous, committed fellows, free to think and able to be unwrapped in this society that he/ she lives a transformation process and change
