Abstract

The objective of the article is to reflect on the necessity of rescuing the student's human dimension to assist the diversity in the educational encounter. It is aspired this way to give answer to the educational realities of multiple individual diversities that arise in this time with completely new connotations. Where it is also perceived that the tendency to homogenize, without respecting individual and cultural differences, continues framing the educational encounter. It began with the analysis of the positions of the pedagogy of hope, the pedagogy of tenderness, the psychology of happiness and the human affectivity, all theories centered on highlighting the human dignity. With the result that it seemed pertinent to assume this posture like a base to explore new investigatory spaces with a view to getting transformations in education, making them a more human space, with dialogue and affective interaction among individualities. It is possible to conclude that, in front of the diversity of current society, where the man is more and more complex, it is required for his understanding a look toward his spirituality. Ideal only possible when it is able to establish the affectivity like a central axis of the educational encounter.
