Abstract
The article reports the results of a research that was aimed to evaluate the appropriation of ICTs on students and teachers using blended learning for the I Organic Chemistry course in the education bachelor in Chemistry from the University of Zulia. The results expressed are part of a macro study, based on the PRADDIE instructional model and within a framework of a descriptive field research. The population consisted of 81 students and 04 teachers, who were interviewed with a questionnaire. The results showed a significant connectivity to ICTs, the need to design subjects programs tailored to the blended learning courses and the proper perspective with the main actors of the educational process to the critical factors for successful online learning experiences and a good degree of acceptance regarding the instructional project. It is concluded that the recognition by students and teachers of the critical factors in online training is a plus for this project because each training agent should make its decisions consciously, contributing to the development of learning experiences most likely to succeed.
