Abstract

This essay was written with the purpose to ponder about the occupational internship beyond the conventional instrumental conception assigned by academic routines. This kind of internship is frequently charged with didactic agent attributes for practical activities distinctive of the technical and technological area, acquiring various conceptions correlated with the technology-formation-productivity triad; with this contribution it is attempted to strengthen the cognitive dominion of this topic and to offer to the technical and technological developer high schools and colleges to know, reaffirm and complement constructs that will lead to benefit the main goal of the internship as support of the teaching and learning processes approached under the self-regulator and self-sustainer concepts of permanent formation in a humanistic environment of coexistence, tolerance and peace. The concluding ideas allow us to affirm that transdisciplinary achievements that expand the pedagogical praxis of this didactical resource including values, attitudes, feelings and emotions, even becoming into a new research paradigm in the current and future formation area, can be reached through the occupational internship.
